INSTRUCTORS TRAINING COURSE

The individuals selected to become instructors, passing the Advanced Training Course, will have the skills and knowledge to plan, organize, and present classroom lectures, conduct laboratory tests, demonstrate equipment, and/or modify the Company educational programs in accordance with the Company Written Training  Procedure. The instructor will be capable of establishing techniques and procedures, interpreting customer specifications, and designating the proper equipment to be used for the inspection of the manufactured products.

Powerpoint® Lecture Guide

PowerPoint® Lecture Guides are available in Magnetic Particle and Dye Penetrant Inspection that  will be used by the Company Instructors for training and certification of Company operators. PowerPoint® Lecture Guides can be developed in other nondestructive testing methods:  Radiography, Ultrasonic, and Eddy Current Testing.

Powerpoint® Equipment Guides

Photographs of nondestructive testing equipment used for inspecting production parts will be used in the presentation. This presentation can used in the training program, can be used to describe the operation of the equipment to a new employee, and used to show how the parts are fixtured and tested on each specific unit.
